When this does not work I downloaded the driver AMD Downloader and after installing everything he said is that "your computer does not contain a correct graphics card" and closed the program. Yet once, I tried to update manually from the AMD Web site. Yesterday my screen changed the lowest resolution and a notice came it was not recognizing my graphics driver. I then tried to update with the help of Support HP and that seemed to work for a while. I could not find my product on the list to manually install the update, so I tried the Downloader tool from amd driver and he had a problem of recognition of my graphics card. I ran dxdiag to find tool that I use an AMD Radeon HD 6620 G graphics card. It began with a notice that my license was expired, so I went on the AMD website and tried to install the update.
